I personally do actually have quite a bit of experience with reinforcement as well as punishment especially with my kids. I didn't realize it while I was actually doing it but I learned way after the fact and only because I took a family planning course with my niece when she got pregnant and the instructor was going over ways to discipline children. Of course the subject of reinforcement and punishment were the center of that subject. Anyway, an example would be when my youngest daughterpicked up the habit of spitting.
